Who We Are

The Women’s Manufacturing Network (WMN) is a volunteer-led, national community created to bring visibility, recognition, and opportunity to women in the manufacturing industry.

What began in 2020 as a small group of professionals in Dallas–Fort Worth has since grown into a network that spans across the U.S. Our members include leaders, rising talent, and allies who believe women have a critical role in shaping the future of manufacturing.

Our Mission

To elevate women in manufacturing by connecting professionals, sharing stories, and creating pathways for mentorship, leadership, and career growth.

Our Vision

A manufacturing industry where women are visible, celebrated, and supported at every stage of their careers.

Our Core Values

Visibility – We spotlight the achievements of women who are driving the industry forward.

Connection – We create spaces for women to meet, learn, and support each other.

Opportunity – We open doors to mentorship, leadership, and professional growth.

Community – We are volunteer-driven, built by people who believe in lifting others up.
