Why WMN Exists

Manufacturing is one of the most important industries in the world, yet the stories of the people building it are often overlooked. Women contribute to every part of the industry—from engineering and plant operations to leadership and innovation—but their experiences are not always visible.

The Women’s Manufacturing Network was created to change that by providing a platform that recognizes those contributions, highlights career journeys, and inspires the next generation of women entering manufacturing.
